Wirunjampang

This is Wirun Jampang, one of the characters appearing in Ramakian Epic Tale. Wirun Jampang is a Yaksa, normally anchor-grey whitish color but this is often variable, as seen in the above pic, where he is depicted in green. He is the son of "Paya Taksa Kasatriya" (พญาทูษณ์กษัตริย์) of Jaruek City. This makes him a nephew of Totsagan.
Normally depicted in Traditional Art with a grimacing mouth, known as "Phak Khob" - the eyes are drawn in the "Dta Jorakhae" style (crocodile eyes), meaning slightly slitted. He has a companion which is a horse, names Nilapahu; This horse has the amazing power of being able to disappear and reappear at will.
Wirunjampang raised his armies in Alliance to Totsagan, and entered into the War with Phra Ram, and was responsible for the death of a great number of Hanuman's army of Vanoras. He did this by joining forces on the way with Lord Sadtasura of Asadong (ท้าวสัทธาสู เมืองอสดง). They laid such waste to the Vanora Monkeys, that all seemed to be lost for Phra Ram's Army.
The turncoat Yaksa Seer Bhibeka (Pipek) was the one to advice Phra Ram to shoot his arrow and kill the horse Nilapahu. This he did, shooting the Brahmamastra arrow into the horse, who died instantly. This caused Wirunjampang to flee, casting a spell into his headscarf, and making a puppet identical to himself as a decoy, giving the chance to escape. He then met Naang Waanarin (นาง วานรินทร์) in a cave in the deep forest, who told him he would be safe hiding himself within a water bubble. But Phra Ram was clever, and shot another arrow, which metamorphosed into a diamond net, revealing the real image behind all mirages and illusions. He then sent Hanuman to search for Wirunjampang whilst the veil was lifted. Hanuman the clever monkey, searched the area thoroughly, and found his hiding place, killing him on the spot with the usual ease that Hanuman enjoys in his adventures.

Triburam ตรีบุรัม

Triburam ตรีบุรัม
There was once a Yaksa named Triburam who was ruler of the City of Solasa. He was renowned fror his great power and was feared by the Devas, Nagas and Angels alike. But Triburam was extremely afraid of Phra Narayn (Vishnu). So he held a secret desire to defeat Phra Narayn, and do away with the problem once and for all. So he sat and meditated on the edge of a stream and made a fire poojahing his eyes and chanting powerful katas.
Truburam remained performing this Poojah for a period of seven years and seven days. Meanwhile, in the Celestial Realms, Phra Isworn (Shiva), was feeling rather hot and bothered, so he stretched his eyes over the great ocean of existence to see Triburam maing a great fire ceremony. Phra Isworn thus travelled down to Earth and appeared before Triburam and said "For what reason do you afflict my body revering the Fire elementals like this? do you want something from me?" Triburam replied "I wish to ask for bestowal of blessings from your Lordship, that Phra Narayn will be powerless to come and defeat me.". Phra Isworn bestowed this blessing upon Triburam, but with the simle condiiton that triburam would not go causing any trouble or unrest in the Three Worlds, which Triburam agreed to do and made a solemn promise to Phra Isworn that he wouldnt bully or harm anybody.

But as Triburam received his blessings, he soon forgot his solemn oath to Phra Isworn, and began to perform evil acts of destruction, attacking and chasing away the Devas, and kidnapping the Nymphs and female Devas for having his way with. He flew through all the levels of the three Worlds causing havoc wherever he went, so the Devas and Heavenly beings went to beg Phra Isworn to do something. Upon hearing the news, Phra Isworn was extremeley vexed, and called an army of Angels to go and battle with Triburam. He took Mount Krailash as an arrowpouch, and the Paya Naak (Naga King) as his bow, and using Phra Narayn as the arrow, and led the army of Angels to the battle with Triburam.
Triburam saw Phra Isworn coming with his armies of Angels, and was filled with apprehension, he ordered his armies of Yaksa to attack the Angelic cohorts. A great number of Yaksas met their fate within no time, and thus, Triburam entered the battle himself, laying waste to the Angelic cohorts of Phra isworn's army. Phra Isworn saw that his army was losing, and thus stretched his arms to extend the Naga Bow and shoot Phra Narayn as the arrow. Three shots were fired, one after the other, but the arrows did not pierce Triburam, due to the fact that Phra Narayn was asleep, and that Triburam was bestowed the blessing that even Phra Narayn would not be able to defeat him. P{hra Isworn saw this and threw the bow and arrow down in disgust. This caused Phra Narayn to awaken and ask Phra Isworn what was happening?
Phra Isworn explained that he hadn't bothered to awaken Phra narayn, because of the blessing that he had bestowed upon Triburam protecting him from Phra Narayn. Lord Phra Narayn became angry, and thus decreed that if Triburam could not be defeated by the arrow, then it shall be by fire! Phra Isworn thus took the magic lens and gazed his flamy gaze using his third fire eye in his forehead, and Triburam was burnt to ashes in an instant, along with his armies of Yaksa.

Asurapaktra

Asurapaktra receives a blessing from Phra Isworn, Lord Achabala is bestowed with Pra Isworn's sword and sent to punish Asurapaktra....

In the realm of the Yaksas, Asurapaktra, was a Yaksa who lived at the foot of mount Grailash - he wished to be an important figure in the Yaksa world, and be revered by both the Nagas and the Devas. In order to receive the necessary qualities and powers, he thus went to pay respects and ask Phra Isworn (Shiva), for the bestowal of these blessings. He asked Phra Isworn for a diamond sword/mace, and a spell to prevent anyone from being able to attack and defeat himself. Phra Isworn gave the blessings freely to Asurapaktra.
At the same time, Maliwakka Prohm saw the events occuring with Asurapaktra, and went to warn Phra Isworn that the bestowal of such gifts upon Asurapaktra would surely cause unrest in the whole of Chompoo Tweep (Indian Continent).

Taw Malee Wakka prohm told Phra Isworn that Asurapaktra was a Yaksa of especially malevolent temperament, and that the Yaksa would surely run amok causing unrest in both the Earthly and Celestial Realms. Phra Isworn then agreed to bestow the Sacred Sword and permit Taw Malee Wakka prohm take it to give to Taw Achabala. Lord Achabala received the magical sword which Phra Isworn had blessed with sacred powers from Taw Malee Wakka Prohm, and they both vowed eternal friendship and alliance - promising to be friends for all time.
Meanwhile, Asurapaktra had received his gifts from Phra Isworn and returned home, and his heart began to thunder in excitement as he became boisterous, and in a destructive mood. He went on the rampage beseiging and bullying the Devas, magical beings, Garudas, Nagas, and even the Ruesi and Ascetics in the forest. As a result, the whole company of affected parties went to beseech Taw Achabala for help.

Taw Achabala thus went out to find Asurapaktra, and, using the magic sword (called "Phra Khan" in Thai), he cut off Asurapaktra's head, and skewered it on a pole, cursing him to watch over Phra Isworn's Garden. The Brahma Deity Taw Malee Wakka Prohm went to ask Phra Isworn for leave to return to the Brahma Realms, which he was immediately granted, along with the name "Taw Maleewaracha" - with the status of Senior in all the ranks of Angels, magical beings and Asuras. .
After this, Taw Sahamaleewan, who had fled the wrath of Phra Isworn, to hide in the Underworld of "Mueang Badala", had heard that Taw Sahabodee Prohm had built the city of Langka and bestowed it as a gift to Taw Jaturapaktra to rule over. So he visited the Asura King of this Yaksa City, along with giving him the magical "Busabok" (flying dais) as a gift. After this, Lord Jaturapaktra died, aleaving the rule of the Kingdom to be inherited by his son, Lord Latsatian. You can read about Lord Latsatian, and how he received the City of Langka in the following Link;
